We set up your Dubai company remotely. But first, together with a tax adviser in Spain, we check for free whether it really pays off for you. If it doesn't, we'll tell you straight.

3 things most providers won't tell you
We don't start by selling. We start by checking. Here's why.
"0% tax" isn't for everyone
If you remain tax resident in Spain, a UAE company doesn't automatically cancel your taxes there. The right model depends on where you live and where the business is run. That's exactly what we review with a tax adviser in Spain.
"Cheap" often ends up at 10,000
Many quote 3,000, then government fees, the visa and the bank show up later. We separate them from day one: our fee from €2,500, government fees as a separate line in the quote before you pay.
The licence is easy. The bank isn't
UAE banks vet clients thoroughly. We prepare your documents to the bank's requirements in advance so the account opens the first time, not after months of emails.
Your business can run from Spain. Your company, from the UAE.
If your business isn't tied to one office and your clients are already in several countries, your company can be international too.

No stock photos. Real entrepreneurs
They set up the company remotely before I travelled. I landed on a Friday morning — medical test the same day, biometrics on Monday, and by Wednesday I had my Emirates ID. It took about an hour of my own time.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to move to Dubai?
No. The company is registered remotely. If you need a residence visa, you'll make one trip of about a week for the medical test, biometrics and Emirates ID.
Is it legal if I live in Spain?
Yes, owning a UAE company is legal. But your taxes depend on your tax residency and where the business is actually managed. That's why a tax adviser in Spain works with you at step two.
How much will it cost in total?
Our fee starts at €2,500. Government fees depend on the free zone, the activity and the number of visas. You get an itemised quote before paying.
How long does it take?
Company registration takes 8–10 working days. The whole journey to your Emirates ID usually takes 3–4 weeks.
What are the taxes in the UAE?
Corporate Tax is 0% on profits up to AED 375,000 and 9% above, VAT is 5%, and there is no personal income tax. Your result depends on your model — we don't promise "0% for everyone".
Will I get a bank account?
The account is opened once you have your Emirates ID. We prepare the documents the bank needs in advance — the main reason people who go it alone get rejected.
What if it turns out it's not right for me?
We'll tell you straight at the first consultation. It's free and there's no obligation.
